Why aren’t there tests for different sizes?
For products that feature a range of sizes, only one test is shown because they come from the same batch. It is the same peptide across all sizes, so testing at different sizes is not needed.
What is ordering Backorder?
Ordering Backorder is basically like preordering. We are currently out of stock in the product but are resupplying so you will be the priority when new product comes. It may take several days to weeks to receive a tracking ID for your order which is why we offer backorder products at a 15% discount.
What does “research grade” mean?
Our peptides are manufactured for laboratory, scientific, and research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or diagnostic applications. Research-grade classification means strict controls, documentation, and testing standards—without making therapeutic claims.
Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently analyzed by Janošik, a highly reputable European analytical laboratory. They verify identity, purity (≥99.1%), and consistency using HPLC and mass spectrometry.
How should I store peptides after reconstitution?
After reconstitution, peptides should be kept refrigerated at ~4°C to preserve stability. Lyophilized (dry) peptides should be kept in a cool, dry, dark environment.
How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package has been processed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns once a product has shipped. If a package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
NO, once an order has been processed, changes are no longer possible.
Are your products sterile?
Our lyophilized peptides are supplied in sealed vials from sterile manufacturing environments. However, they are not sterile injectables and are not intended for any medical or human use.
