Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy

1.⁠ ⁠No Returns Policy

Due to the specialized nature of laboratory materials and research compounds, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns once an order has been processed and shipped.

2.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during transit, with compromised packaging, or contains incorrect items, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photographic evidence of the item(s) and packaging

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

3.⁠ ⁠Resolution Process

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the affected item

Store credit equal to the value of the item

Partial or full refund (if applicable)

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each claim.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Eligible Situations

We are not responsible for:

Damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed

Improper handling, storage, or use

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Minor packaging variations that do not affect material integrity

5.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Liability

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit is assumed by the carrier. However, we will assist in addressing verified shipping-related issues where appropriate.
