Overview
AscendBioLabs LLC provides research-grade laboratory materials intended solely for scientific and analytical use. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once an order has been placed. However, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives their order in proper condition.

within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. This allows our team to review the matter promptly and accurately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, AscendBioLabs LLC will evaluate the issue based on the evidence provided. If approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement shipment of the affected item(s)
- A one-time unique code to be used on a future order
- Other reasonable solutions determined on a case-by-case basis
Products must be unused and in original condition for eligibility.
Packages Not Received
If you did not receive your order:
- Check your email for the tracking number sent at the time of shipment.
- Verify the delivery status with the carrier.
- If the package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first, then notify us if additional follow-up is needed.
AscendBioLabs LLC is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Cancellations
All sales are final. Once the order has been placed, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns
Due to product integrity and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of research materials.
